openstack-ironic-inspector-dnsmasq.service fails to start after undercloud reboot

Issue

  • Failed to start PXE boot dnsmasq service for Ironic Inspector.

  • After installing the Undercloud, and rebooting, the openstack-ironic-inspector-dnsmasq.service unit fails to start:
