Removal of LVM snapshot of root filesystem hangs with lvremove stuck in a page fault
Issue
- Attempt to remove an LVM2 snapshot of the root filesystem causing the system to hang
- While removing a snapshot, lvremove get stuck waiting on a page fault while the root filesystem's LVM2 volume is suspended
