Issue

The customer has an XSD (CardServices.xsd) that contains a sequence of two items:
- "BaseServiceResponse" group
- "cards" complex type
When we use the "Create XML Views" wizard, the resulting XML view has these two elements in the reverse order:
- cards
- BaseServiceResponse
We can't drag-and-drop these items to fix the ordering. The correct ordering is a requirement for the consuming client's schema validation.
