Horizon Dashboard is inaccessible with 504 Gateway Timeout Error
Issue
- Can not access horizon dashboard.
- Horizon fails to load with 504 gateway timeout error.
- Openstack commands are timing out
- After restarting the httpd service on the controller nodes, dashboard works for some time and again times out
