RHSC 2 - How to disable auto-expand feature

Issue

When attaching new disk devices to already existing Ceph storage node, the new disks are picked up by Storage Console auto-expand feature and new OSDs are immediately deployed on these devices. This can cause issues with triggering re-balance and also can use the disks in a way we were not intend to use and such changes done by Storage Console auto-expand needs to be manually reverted.
How can we disable the Storage Console auto-expand feature?
