After an RHV-H upgrade, there is firewalld.service instead of iptables.service
Issue
- iptables.service rules are sometimes lost after the RHV-H upgrade RHV-H 4.0 to RHV-H 4.1
- it is not possible to perform a VM Live Migration
- the firewalld.service is enabled and started while iptables.service is no longer used
