'uuidd' daemon should auto-start with system but does not

Issue

• The service uuidd is enabled by default but does not start on next system boot.
• Tried to reenable the service with:

systemctl disable uuidd
systemctl enable uuidd

• If manually start the daemon after boot with: it works fine - until the next reboot.

systemctl start uuidd
