How to use IDE with Docker

I have a docker container, hosting a website. I'd like to connect to Netbeans or Eclipse, how can I do it ?

Netbeans allows me to connect to linux machine and, then I can code on Netbeans, it saves my files on server using SFTP. But how to do it in case of docker Containers ?

- docker-1.12.6-32.git88a4867.el7.x86_64
