Restarting the atomic-openshift-node service causes pods lose glusterfs mounts

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

When the atomic-openshift-node.service is restarted either manually or via ansible-playbook, all pods that have an active PVC mounted using gluster storage lose that glusterfs mount.
The pods must then be deleted for it to get that mount back.
