OSP Director Different Pool for controller - Compute [ Multi-pool ] ids

Issue

Default Director deployment has option to use one pool-id but if You have multiple pool-ids like controller without guest & compute with Guest , which need to customize Rhel-registration process .
Below logic is to use with Ctrl & Compute , it can be modified to include ceph storage in rhel-registration file under portal section to put [Ctrl or Ceph] condition. Please change controller & compute names as per environment
