[Errno -1] Package does not match intended download.

Issue

When attempting to install a package or update a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (RHEL5) client registered to Satellite 6, one receives the following error when yum tries to download the package(s):

[Errno -1] Package does not match intended download
Trying other mirror.

Error Downloading Packages:
  foo-1.8.00-1.x86_64: failure: foo-1.8.00-1.x86_64.rpm from CustomeContentViewRepo: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

This issue does not affect repositories created in Satellite 6.2 prior to version 6.2.9.
