RHEL 6 cluster operations fail with corosync reporting "[IPC] Not enough file descriptors for IPC connection"
Issue
- LV cannot be mounted - Not enough file descriptors for IPC connection
- Cannot mount GFS2 file system in a cluster, and corosync reports "Not enough file descriptors"
