Slow response on AWS-SQS publish
Issue
Application stack exposes REST endpoint on the Facade bundle, then publishes the requests to SQS queues, which get picked up by backend routes for processing with third party end systems.
It looks like our Facade bundle is getting slower as we add more REST endpoints to it.
