Apache fails to start with Invalid command 'SetEnvIf' .
Issue
- We're trying to use the
SetEnvIfdirective inssl.conf, but when we do, Apache fails to start with the following error:
Invalid command 'SetEnvIf', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL6)
- Apache 2.2.15
