oc process fails with error: the path "/cygdrive/c/openshift/projects/project.yml" does not exist
Issue
When trying to pass a path to the "oc" binary for Microsoft Windows through cygwin, it fails with the following error.
$ export THIS_DIR=$(pwd)
$ oc process -f $THIS_DIR/project.yml PROJECT=test
error: the path "/cygdrive/c/openshift/projects/project.yml" does not exist
