httpd opens too many connections and gets stuck after a while
Issue
- Missing pool ceph metrics - httpd opens too many connections and gets stuck after a while in Red Hat OpenStack Platform.
- httpd on controller-0 is not reachable - TCP sockets can be opened, but HTTP times out
- Gnocchi is configured to use pool
metrics. - Openstack-gnocchi 3.0.4 or 3.0.6

- Red Hat OpenStack Platform 10.
