How do I Install Packages Inside the Ansible venv for Ansible Tower?

  • In Ansible Tower versions greater than 3.0, there are two virtual environments created as a result of the installation. Occasionally, an Ansible playbook may require packages that don't come bundled automatically, but are needed for the job to run successfully. What's the best way to install a required package in order for Tower to find it during the job run?
