Some (or all) of the PVs expected to be present on the system, are not detected by LVM
Issue
- LVM does not scan and detect, at least, some of the PVs that are expected to be present on the system. The corresponding block devices are present and have correct LVM metadata. As a result, some VGs are not detected properly.
