icedtea-web bash_completion script isn't compatible with bash --posix

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

Some rc scripts (.profile, .bashrc) which do not conform to POSIX mode cause issues (i.e. while using tigervnc)

According to the bash manual, names should contain letters, digits and underscores only.
However, there is a file shipped withicedtea-web and commonly used inside .bashrc that does not conform to POSIX mode.
