Satellite 6 Capsule Returns "SSL_connect SYSCALL returned=5 errno=0 state=SSLv2/v3 read server hello A"

Issue

  • When navigating from the Satellite Web UI Infrastructure > Capsules
    The Capsule will fail to load its current status with the following error:
    SSL_connect SYSCALL returned=5 errno=0 state=SSLv2/v3 read server hello A

  • A Capsule sync "Actions::Katello::CapsuleContent::Sync" is failing with the following error:
    SSL_connect SYSCALL returned=5 errno=0 state=SSLv2/v3 read server hello A

  • The issue could be permanent or intermittent
