createrepo -V in RHEL6 does not return its version number
Issue
Createrepo-0.9.8-5.el6 does not display it's version number with the documented -V option:
# createrepo -V
Usage: genpkgmetadata.py [options]
genpkgmetadata.py: error: no such option: -V
