Creating an initial admin user with add-user-keycloak.sh script fails due to incorrect permissions or configuration path

Issue

  • Initial user admin is not correctly created although add-user-keycloak.sh was executed.
  • Cannot create initial admin user for RH-SSO.
  • The following message keeps showing up after attempt to create the admin user:

    Your Red Hat Single Sign-On is running.
    You need local access to create the initial admin user. Open http://localhost:8080/auth or use the add-user-keycloak script.
