Why starting VM is failing with error "Attempted double use of PCI slot" in 4.1
Issue
- After upgrading to 4.1, some of the VMs are not booting and is failing with below error.
Attempted double use of PCI slot 0000:00:01.0 (may need "multifunction='on'" for device on function 0)
