local-fs.target stops after system has booted
Issue
- Following a recent system update,
local-fs.targetstops after boot process completes. - File systems from
mdadmsoftware RAID block devices are unmounted whenlocal-fs.targetstops.

- mdadm-3.4-14.el7_3.1
- systemd-219-30.el7_3.8
- kernel-3.10.0-514.16.1.el7
