Satellite 5.2 - general slowness / unresponsiveness
Issue
- general slowness / unresponsiveness, especially for system registration and on web UI (such as configuration management pages)
- nearly every time navigating to different sections of the satellite server website, very long delay
-
"top" command shows high resource usage by tomcat during this delay
-
Satellite server takes time to react, some actions end up with error pages
- any web UI page having to do with config management loads especially slowly
-
System registration times out or takes a long time
-
