XLSX to GDT conversion fails with errors

Issue

We get errors in Business Central whenever we are trying to convert an uploaded XLSX to its equivalent GDT

Steps to reproduce:
1) create new spreadheet with name POLICIES
2) upload POLICIES.xlsx
3) validate spreadsheet => result is successful validation
4) press "convert" button
5) we see the following errors in the screen:

Unable to convert value 'PolicyType.OPTION' to NUMERIC. Cell (J42)
Unable to convert value '3.00B' to NUMERIC. Cell (O42)
Unable to convert value '$package' to NUMERIC. Cell (R42)
