Can the RHEV CLI (rhevm-shell) connect to RHEV-M 3.0 as well as RHEV-M 3.1 ?
Issue
The RHEV CLI was introduced in RHEV 3.1. The question is whether it can be used to connect to a RHEV 3.0 Manager as well as a RHEV 3.1 Manager.
