Ceph - Ceph-Ansible install fails waiting to verify ceph.client.admin.keyring exists on the monitor(Openstack controller) nodes
Issue
- Ceph-ansible install fails on TASK [ceph-mon : wait for ceph.client.admin.keyring exists]
- All nodes are running with firewalld disabled
- Ceph packages are installed but Monitor nodes will not get a quorum

- Red Hat Ceph Storage 2.x
- Red Hat Openstack Platform 10
- Installing Ceph monitors in controller nodes via ceph-ansible
