A monitor created in the web-console fails to redeploy in JBoss 5.

Issue

We are creating JBoss Monitoring Alert for MBean, and it seems to have a deployment issue when I re-start the JBoss 5.0.

DEPLOYMENTS IN ERROR:

 Deployment "jboss.monitor:service=LessThan5-FormsEjb" is in error due
to the following reason(s): javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException:
jboss.j2ee:ear=d2a-ear.ear,jar=d2a-ejb-2.3-SNAPSHOT.jar,name=FormsEJB,service=EJB3
is not registered.

But the d2a-ear.ear is deployed successfully.

The LessThan5-FormsEjb-service.xml was created via create monitor option from the Jboss web-console.
