Executing CLI file fails with encoding ANSI (Windows-1252)
Issue
Executing CLI file fails with the following error when using German umlauts (ä, ö, ü). This worked with EAP 7.0.x
/C:\JBoss\JBoss7.1.0-Alpha\bin>jboss-cli.bat --connect --file=script.txt
Error
Failed to process file
'C:\jboss\jboss-eap-7.1-Alpha\bin\script.txt ': Input length = 1
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
- EAP 7.1.0 Alpha
- CLI input file with umlauts (ä, ö, ü) Windows-1252 encoded
