[Satellite 6.2.9] High memory usage and unresponded hosts search query after upgrade to 6.2.9

Issue

• Red Hat Satellite is too slow after upgrading to 6.2.9.
• Passenger RackApp: /usr/share/foreman process consumes more and more memory over time.
• Hosts search on Red Hat satellite Server hangs and do not give results.
