SSLProtocol Directive Ignored Over Different VirtualHosts in Apache HTTPD 2.4.12 or Older
Issue
The default SSLProtocol directive overwrites the ones defined at any VirtualHost. As a result we cannot have different VirtualHosts with different values of that directive. This behavior is abnormal because the SSLProtocol directive has a VirtualHost scope and is reported as a bug.
Environment
- Apache HTTPD 2.4.12 or older
