Racoon daemon stops responding after pk_recv call on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
Issue
- Racoon daemon stops responding for ~2 minutes.
- During this time racoon does not respond to Dead Peer Detection (DPD) probes from the remote peer and otherwise logs nothing.
- Appears to be stuck in a loop or waiting in a system call.
