Why after fresh overcloud installation lot of packages are avaiable for update in "yum update" output?

Director installed old ceph package(v10.2.3-17.el7cp) instead of latest available ceph package(v10.2.5-37.el7cp) on storage node

Although the command
yum list | grep cephshows the latest ceph package (v10.2.5-37.el7cp)
