Issue

• Uploading small files of different types works fine with GUI doesn't work on trying to upload larger zip with hammer.
• After trying to upload the file and then the other uploads gets blocked, below message is displayed.

"Required lock is already taken by other running tasks.
Please inspect their state, fix their errors and resume them.

Required lock: read

That link shows an older task with a error:
