Previously deployed nodes are not visible in output of "openstack overcloud profiles list", resulting in scale out error

Issue

I'm expanding previously deployed cloud but openstack overcloud deployment command fails with following errors.

Error: only [x] of [y] requested ironic nodes are tagged to profile control (for flavor control)
...
Error: only [a] of [b] requested ironic nodes are tagged to profile compute (for flavor compute)
