Issue
The term memory over commit in RHEV-M misleading.
The below picture shows 14% usage of Memor on server and also display 14% over commit. This cannot happen.

Resolution
Update to RHEV 2.2 and above.
The latest version of RHEV (2.2 beta currently) does not use the word "memory over commit" any more. It uses "shared memory" instead.
