Can an existing LVM stripe set be extended by adding one new PV?

Issue

• Adding one PV to extend an existing LVM which is striped across multiple PV, will fail with:

  Rounding size (N extents) up to stripe boundary size for segment (N extents)
  New size given (N extents) not larger than existing size (N extents)
  Run `lvextend --help' for more information.
