Issue
- After adding a new subscription(s) into Red Hat Satellite manifest that provides new content and trying to enable it fails with error
CDN loading error: access forbidden
- Trying to enable new content that is recently available from Red Hat fails with following error
CDN loading error: access forbidden to https://cdn.redhat.com:443/content/dist/rhel/server/version/release/arch/repo_data/repomd.xml`
