mod_cluster 404s when using virtual-servers and HTTP

Issue

• We've set up a virtual-sever in EAP 6, which our application is bound to. We're also proxying requests through mod_cluster to an HTTP or HTTPS connector. In this case, the request always 404s although the node and context is clearly enabled with mod_cluster on the Apache server.
• Mod-cluster - WebServer gives 404 even though all backend JBOSS instances are available.
