Supporting Cavium NX2 Based CNA to support Boot from SAN (BFS) with HPE 3PAR Storage

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

In order to support Boot from SAN from HPE 3PAR Storage on RHEL 7.2/7.3 the following steps are needed. Without the workaround after the OS is installed the system will get stuck when the network manager is initialized losing the boot device. Older RHEL 7/7.1 are not supported for BFS and need to use local server boot.
