The "link=on" and "ipmi=on" options to "ipmitool channel setaccess" have stopped working

Issue

When using ipmitool-1.8.11-13.el6 (or newer) to configure user access information we find that for the 2 keys link and ipmi the value on no longer is accepted. Under ipmitool-1.8.11-12.el6_2.1 there is no such problem.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.3
  • Devices managed by IPMI
