How to use a serviceaccount with autorization to start builds

Issue

• We want to create a serviceaccount with limited rights that could start-builds.We could use the default serviceaccount but we would limit to limit the authorization given to the serviceaccount. When we test with the builder service account, we have an error because it is not authorized to start builds
