Random permissions for /var/log/acpid in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
Issue
- On creation of /var/log/acpid file (fresh install or other) it's permissions are generated randomly, per example:

--w---s-wx
-r-------t
-rwS--S-wT
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- acpid package version lower than 1.0.4-9
