Manual installation for manila encountered issue endpoint not found

Issue

  • When doing manila type-list manila commands returns an error endpoint not found. 
# manila type-list
ERROR: Could not find Manila endpoint in catalog

Note : Manila is fully supported from OSP10 version, till OSP9 manila was in the Tech-Privew

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 10.0
    (Manual install)
