Upgrading to RHGS 3.2/3.3 results in NFS not starting on newly upgraded nodes.

Issue

When upgrading gluster nodes from RHGS 3.1.x to RHGS 3.2 to RHGS 3.3, the newly upgraded nodes do not successfully start NFS.

RHGS 3.1.x -> RHGS 3.2 -> RHGS 3.3
