App crashes on iOS device

Issue

• A Cordova App built with Red Hat Mobile Application Platform 3.16.0 crashes when run on 64-bit iOS 10 device. When running with Xcode connected to the device, an error is seen in the log:

  <Error>: This app has crashed because it attempted to access privacy-sensitive data without a usage description.  The app's Info.plist must contain an NSMotionUsageDescription key with a string value explaining to the user how the app uses this data.
