The real size of an resized block device is not reflected to the guest OS until the guest is shutdown.

Issue

• A block device which is attached to a guest if resized, the new size is not seen by the guest OS.
• Guest OS can correctly see the new size of an attached device if the guest is shutdown and started again.
• Reboot of the guest does not show the new size.
