Rounding is handled differently depending on datatype in DV

Issue

• We noticed that DV is returning inconsistent result for the rounding based on the data type used:

For example:

SELECT ROUND(CAST(0.565 as bigdecimal),2) as bd, ROUND(CAST(0.565 as double),2) as db

bd                db
---               ----
0.57            0.56
