Instance consoles not working on some windows clients/browsers

Issue

  • Some windows and Ubuntu clients are not able to access OpenStack instance consoles using various browsers

    • Console access is confirmed working from a Win2k12 server using Firefox

    • The error reported in the browsers is "connection was reset" using Firefox and Chrome on other OSes

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 10.0 (RHOSP)
